Traveling South on Route 202 from Valley Forge:
Look for the exit marked “Frazer” - Business Route 30. [NOTE: This exit will be next after the exit for Route 401 - be careful not to mistake the signs for Business Route 30 with the signs for Route 30 east or west]. At the bottom of the exit ramp is Business Route 30 (also called Lancaster Avenue). Turn right (headed west) on Business Route 30 going toward Exton, and travel about 1 mile to the traffic signal at Springdale Drive, which is the entrance to Whiteland Business Park. Turn left on Springdale Drive and go about 50 yards to the parking lot to Building #855 (on your right). Our office and the furnished model is located on the first floor in Suite 110.
Traveling North on Route 202 from West Chester:
Look for the exit marked “Frazer - Route 30.” [NOTE: This exit will be next after the exit for Boot Road]. At the bottom of the exit ramp is Business Route 30 (also called Lancaster Avenue). Turn left (heading west) on Business Route 30 going toward Exton, and travel about 1 mile to the traffic signal at Springdale Drive, then go about 50 yards to the parking lot to Building #855 (on your right). From Exton Mall on Route 100 & Route 30 (Lancaster Avenue):
Go east on Lancaster Avenue (Business Route 30) for approximately 2 miles. After passing through the traffic light at the Ship Road intersection, look for the next traffic signal at Springdale Drive, which is the entrance to Whiteland Business Park. Turn right on Springdale Drive and go about 50 yards to the parking lot to Building #855 (on your right). Our office and the furnished model is located on the first floor in Suite 110.
From Paoli using Lancaster Avenue (Business Route 30):
Travel west on Lancaster Avenue (Business Route 30) toward Exton. After passing under Route 202, you will continue for about 1 mile to the traffic signal at Springdale Drive, which is the entrance to Whiteland Business Park. Turn left on Springdale Drive and go about 50 yards to the parking lot to Building #855 (on your right). Our office and the furnished model is located on the first floor in Suite 110.
